A strategy to grow your Network Marketing Business:

There are many reasons that hinders the growth of your business, let’s start the discussion.

Duplication v/s Replication?

In order for you to have a growing network marketing business and organization, you will have to have a duplicatable or replicatable system. Even if the system doesn’t look duplicatable, leaders will replicate.

If your network marketing company recommends techniques, which either seem difficult for you or you are able to succeed but you are not able to get your team to duplicate what you are doing, then you as a leader have to find the problem and provide the solution.

First issue: You may have to consider multiple systems.

- Some people like offline marketing, face-to-face presentation.
- Some people like the phone.
- Some people like the Internet.

Your job is to get the marketing education that your leaders need so they can fish by themselves.

Like the saying says, “Give a hungry man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach a hungry man fishing and you feed him for lifetime.”

Second issue: Personal development

Many network marketers are full of good intentions but their belief system or their self-esteem may get in their way. A personal development program is crucial.

The third issue: Drop-out rate:

If the drop-out rate is high, then it is impossible to build an organization and reach momentum. This particular problem may be due to many reasons:

-If the company recruiting system is based on hypes, lies and manipulation then there is a need for more realistic approach. The growth will be slow but steady.
-If the recruiting system focuses on creating lazy mentality, such as the promise of ‘spill over’.
-If there is no glue in the organization: MLM is about building relationships. Therefore, there is a need to keep building and strengthening the relationships between distributors.
