Network marketing tip: Do not forget greens!
Today’s network marketing tip is about the ‘green’ personality, and why it is crucial for your success to understand those guys.
If you remember we did discuss so far the yellows and the blues.
“Greens” make 30% of the population.
These are indirect and self contained.
They are the detailed oriented people. They are the number crunchers.
They analyze everything forever.
You may feel they hate you or have something against you on the phone, but in fact they may be very sensitive and very nice guys. It is just the way they are.
Why do you need them in your team?
They are very well organised, they NEVER quit.
How to turn them off and turn them on?
Do not ever try to close them, push them to make a decision.
Make sure you send them ALL the details, make sure you send them your policies and procedures, you send them every detail about your compensation plans.
Do not follow-up closely with them. Just keep sending them details, leave them alone and follow-up after 2-3 weeks.
How do you train a green?
Make sure after you sponsor them to help them to take action and get out of ‘analysis paralysis’
I hope this make sense to you.
Join us in our generic training if you want to learn how to spot your prospect personality in less than 2 minutes on the phone.
