Network Marketing Success: A Simple Strategy
If you are looking for network marketing success, I would like to tell you that success in network marketing is not magic: there are no secrets. You should stop searching for exotic solutions and learn that success simply takes discipline and action.
The formula for success is simple but takes time, commitment, persistence, and patience. The following is a simple formula for network marketing success.
1. Generate your own leads.
I do not recommend buying leads; most lead brokers are looking to rip you off. Their leads are shared with many other network marketers, and when you call the leads, they are often already disgusted from the attentions of other pushy, aggressive network marketers. If you are not sure how to generate your leads, then you need to learn the basics of both direct and Internet marketing; there are plenty of courses in which you can enroll. Using internet marketing as a lead generation tool in particular allows you to put your lead generation on autopilot, it allows you to make the whole world under your reach and one email away from you.
2. Prospect your leads.
Call your leads, build a relationship with them, and try to get to know them. Your job is simply to inform them about your opportunity; it is not your responsibility to ensure that they join. Do not be pushy, aggressive, or manipulative. Your job is to find their dreams, desires and see if your opportunity is right for them. In prospecting you need to place your prospect’s interests before yours. Your prospect can sense your intentions.
3. Connect your leads with your team.
Invite them to your company conference calls or to your own presentations. Invite them to be a part of the family. If your company does not offer regular conference calls then it is your responsibility as a leader to arrange them for your team.
4.Follow up with your leads.
Most prospects are never going to sign up from the first contact, they need time to investigate the opportunity, and they need time to feel comfortable working with you. So, keep growing this relationship, and keep connecting them with other team members.
5. Sponsor your leads.
Ask them if they are ready to join. Make sure you connect them with the system; keep building your relationship with them so that they stick with you for a long time. Introduce them to more team members.
6.Teach your team what you did.
In order to achieve momentum, your team should be connected with a training program, so they can duplicate and replicate you.
This network marketing strategy if followed should lead to progressive exploding organization.

Mentoring for free
Yesterday mentoring for free call was about “the power of the list”.
Richard Dennis and Dave cones discussed many interesting topics:
1-Marketing to hungry prospects not to the general public:
If your upline ask you to build your business by calling your warm market, he has no idea about marketing. Your friends and family are not your target market.
2-You can target the market online by using Google adwords:
Google adwords being the advertisements called sponsored links on the right side of Google searches. Richard recommended obviously Perry marshal book to learn how to get effective Google adwords campaigns. Perry is known to be the ‘guru’ in this field.
This e-book talks about getting the most of your hard earned money by increasing conversion and split testing. Split testing consists of showing multiple ads for the same link and tracks it to see which increase the conversion rate.
3-Testing is the key for any marketing campaign (offline or online)
In any marketing campaign, testing and tracking is essential.
Tracking online is crucial, it allows you to find the ads that making you money or bringing leads and the one that cost you money and therefore you dump those ads.
4-Ezine for targeting your advertisements:
Richard recommended searching ezines that accepts advertising.
If you are selling nutritional products, you search for ezine about alternative health and natural health and you run ads in it. Obviously, you track your add.
Richard recommended testing in a small scale before testing on a high scale.
Richard and Dave also discussed offline marketing with post cards.
They also discussed sales letters which applies for selling online. I do believe the same concept apply for lead capture pages, you test different headlines and small different changes and follow the conversion rate.

Dr. Joe Rubino continues in this chapter on how to increase your self-esteem for network marketing success. He recommends first to create a vision:
1-invalidate your negative expectations
2-create a vision full of positive expectations for what your life would be like as a result of your network marketing success.
3-This vision should honor your most important values, such as: freedom, love, happiness, peace…
He states that your vision should answer these questions:
-
What would you be known for?
-
What would you be doing?
-
Who do you spend time with?
-
How are you going to contribute back to the society?
How your organization would be?
The vision should be as vivid as possible.
That’s the same concept as illustrated in the book think and grow rich.
Last Ellie Drake has expressed also the same ideas. The power of your thoughts and imagination will reflect and command your subconscious mind.
I will continue the steps for improving self esteem in the future posts.
Create a vision as vivid as possible with as many details as much as possible.
