MLM secrets - How to spot a leader
One of the MLM secrets is Time management.
We all have 24h/day! That’s the most expensive asset you may ever have.
I am going to tell you some paradoxical thoughts.
I will not sponsor anyone anymore if I don’t see them as a leader.
I made the mistake long time ago of sponsoring one person. I wasted hours and hours on the phone with her and she ended up doing nothing!
Those guys who keep joining a company after a company, and they do not take the time to learn, grow, and analyze your company and they just want to join. They will waste your time and effort and then they will find some scam deals in the future, or some other shitty companies pre-launch and other B.S. companies that promise them ’spill-over’
Before you waste your valuable time, you should sponsor only those who deserve your time.
How to spot then a leader who deserves your time?
This is one of classic Big Al secrets: Ask them to read a book!
Leaders are readers: this is universal.
The way I generate leads for my business is by offering a free e-book to download, if this person doesn’t download this e-book and read it then he is not a leader and I do not want to waste my time with him.
You can use this trick to test your current team members to spot who are the real leaders that you want to spend your time with! And you will see that those readers even if they were not making any money they will grow and become very successful in the future.

This is a very useful knowledge, because sometimes we loose our precious time trying to convince people but they never going to do this business because they don’t care.
Next time you can write about how to make a good prospection, or how to make the first contact with a prospect.
I read the e-book, it was fantastic!!

hi Nabil,
I think I know who you are talking about. But if you will track back in our communications some, you will remember that I told you early on that I was not interested in doing MLM anymore for now. I got into Ameriplan on a whim.. Yes I was lured into the claims that I could make money on the internet everyday and that it was going to be easy easy easy. Soon after I found your blog on the internet and wrote you my “why”. But within 30 days I could see that without further investment in Ameriplan I was not going to be able to produce an income….an investment that I could not make.
So I sidelined MLM until I could find terrestrial employment…at your own advice!
And so I have yet to land a job…and so I pound the pavement every day! And you happened to call me on a few of my unsuccessful job hunting days, and were a great listener, I thank you.
MLM, like every other opportunity, has a lot to do with timing.
Just because someone’s timing is off, does not disqualify them as a leader.
Your advice to me has been invaluable. And I do plan to use it. When I get a job…which is my first priority, I want to do MLM as a side venture. I guess I don’t have the passion for it that you do to make it my bread and butter. I’m sorry to have let you down.
Don’t get burned about it though. You can reuse the advice and letters you wrote to me to advise other people in the same way.
You are an exellent coach, so dont become cynical about one doosey who let you down.
