MLM secrets-Keep your people or die
I did discuss that one of the mlm secrets was to build relationships between your team members.
Relationships are the glue of your organization.
I was reading Chapter 18 in the new book the ultimate guide to network marketing.
The chapter is entitled: Recognition - the driving force by Brad Hager
And I decided to share with you this crucial concept that you should add to glue your organization further.
Brad Hager seems to have many ideas that we preach in the mentoring for free.
Brad tells his story when he was failing miserably in his network marketing career and he would ask his upline: What should I do?
And they answer him: ’sponsor more people’ or ‘do more of what you’re already doing’!
He makes fun of this idiotic statement: Why he would keep doing the same wrong things again and again. He also tells the story of a woman who sponsored 42 new people in one month and they are all gone the next month.
I have already discussed these in prior posts. You need to build it slow on hard ground. Build it once build it big to pay you and pay your children.
Anyway, let’s get back to the point. (I am ‘blue’ personality, sorry)
People may not care about the money as much as they care being recognized.
Most network marketing companies are really good in this concern and that’s why they have those names: ‘platinum’ and ‘gold’ etc…
But, how are you recognizing your team members?
Sometimes you have to congratulate your member for making the first phone call, from starting their own blog, writing an article.
You must recognize small steps and big steps. Do not reply on your company to do so.
The famous Jim Rhon emphasizes this concept and he tells in his CDs that sometimes people want just a tap on the back and a nice word: ‘Mary you are doing a great job.’
Are you chasing your downlines to get them to work?
Or are you recognizing their small steps and building their self esteems.
Are you building leaders or are you building consentment?
A great Mentor, Jim Rhon says, is the one that sees in you what you can not see yet in yourself!
Start today, small recognition to your team members on each step they do.
In the near future, I am going to discuss some questions I have been asked:
1-What does network marketing ads to my life besides money?
2-What is the best ways to duplicate?
3-How to build leaders
I appreciate you,

I was reading Chapter 19- The magic of network marketing: Building real residual income by Barry Friedman in the book the ultimate guide to network marketing.
He shares in this chapter the same concepts that we share in the mentoring for free.
He explains how the residual income can be so significant and not well appreciated.
Obviously, it is better to make $10,000/month forever than making $50,000/month for 3 months.
That’s one of the reason I got angry and left orenda international because of their front overloading system and the multiple breakaways in their compensation plans. Obviously, I did not understand these concepts initially until I got a slap in the face when I noticed that they stopped paying me as soon as I stopped working. Breakaways broke my heart
, I recovered though, lol. I am mainly interested in recurring income.
Barry Friedman recommends that you explain this concept to your prospects so they can see beyond the immediate cash money.
He gives an example:
If you worked hard in your business for couple of years and you were able to make $3000 residual income, then it is equivalent to 3% interest rate on $1,000,000. Congratulations you are officially making like a millionaire!
Actually, in my own company presentation we use this concept to explain the benefits of multi-level marketing and the recuring income. You may want to add this concept to your company presentation. It will help your prospects to see beyond their noses.
It seems that Barry Friedman is Big Al student, these are the principles taught by Big Al to the industry.
In order for you to get a real residual income, you product should fulfill these criteria:
- High demand
- Great value
- Limited competition
- Affordable pricing
- Continuous need
- Ready availability
- Geographical availability
- Products or services backed by a guarantee or warranty
He discusses in this chapter more concepts that I will share with you in future posts.
Keep posted.
